Friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant.

We were misled about the lack of an elevator. Moving heavy luggage up four flights of stairs was incredibly challenging, especially for my elderly mother. The dark alley to our apartment was unnerving, making us feel unsafe.

The nearby restaurants were a real treat! Cambusa's fresh salads and mouthwatering pasta dishes are something to write home about. The staff at Tiziano were super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, and the room was wonderfully quiet—a rare gem in Venice!

The location was peaceful and away from the

crowds, which we really appreciated during our visit. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, however, we did experience some noise from the room above on our first night that disrupted our sleep.
